MAK insists on new fees as Parliament sets up probe

Authorities at Makerere University have insisted on the implementation of the development and technology fees despite a spirited objection from the students who want the fees scrapped.

Professor Mondo Kagonyera was yesterday officially installed as the Chancellor of Makerere University at a ceremony held at the University’s main building.
